Refunds, Returns and Exchanges 

We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving your items and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item arrives damaged, you have 2 days to contact us about the issue. After 2 days we are unable to assist you with any further issues due to the amount of time that has passed.

Shipping

Please triple check that you have chosen the correct address at checkout. We are unable to modify delivery addresses once the order has shipped out. It is the buyer's full responsibility to ensure that they have placed their order with the correct address. Packages sent to the incorrect address as a result of the buyer will not be refunded or resent out.

If packages are returned to us for any reason concerning address issues, the buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Delivery Address

TheCraftoholic is NOT responsible for packages that are lost or sent to the wrong address due to an address that the buyer has provided.

If a package's tracking number shows that the items are marked as "Delivered" yet the buyer claims that they have not received the items TheCraftoholic will NOT resend another package. Items will also NOT be refunded.
